Sarah studied at The National Stud in England and completed a Diploma in Stud Management and Racehorse Care. Shortly after, she emigrated to Australia to continue her career progression working for Darley Australia. Whilst at Darley, Sarah acquired her Australian residency and went on to work for Gilgai Farm in Victoria as 2IC.
